Building Relationship Versatility (BRV), sometimes called Versatile Salesperson (VSP), is a sales training class that helps you identify different personality types and tailor your communication based on the person you are communicating with.

This course contains an online module that will provide an introduction and the basic concepts of BRV and a Competency Test to aid with your learning. There is also a live class that you will take as an employee of Phigenics as part of the Core Training Conference.
